Our founder working their first event 15 years ago, setting up AV equipment with dedication and passion that laid the foundation for WBSAV's success in event production.

In the beginning…

Founder Charlie Way (the "Way" in our name), has deep roots in Houston's scene, with nearly 25 years of experience in the industry. In early 2009, fueled by the belief that things could be done Way Better than the prevailing norm, he established WBSAV to bring a new level of excellence to the table.
