You send us your date, venue, guest count, and what you’re trying to achieve (fundraising, team building, celebration, launch, etc.). We’ll help you decide which partners need to be involved.

WBSAV coordinates with all of our partners as needed. You get one proposal with clearly defined scopes and pricing.

We handle timelines, tech schedules, vendor communication, and on-site coordination so everyone is in sync… from the first truck at load-in to the last case out.
You stay focused on guests, sponsors, and content. We handle all the vendors and logistics under one point of contact.

No. We’ll recommend the right mix based on your event. Sometimes you only need AV + entertainment; other times you’ll want tents, décor, or a permanent AV install.

Yes, we collaborate with outside vendors all the time. Our role is to make sure power, staging, and technical needs are covered and coordinated, whether partners are in our collective or yours.

We can present everything in one master proposal with clear line items, or coordinate with each partner to bill you directly. During planning, we’ll decide what makes the most sense for your finance/approval process.

Yes, our team and partners travel for select projects across Texas and beyond. Share your event location and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

The earlier, the better! We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your date. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
